I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful hospitality and service I received during my recent stay at Hotel Lohas Residency Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, your staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was pleasant and memorable.

Hotel is good . Housekeeping is nice . A girl in morning in reception is very rude , I pay for 8 nights and ask for some extra tea bags , she instead of providing me told me to buy from outside as you are having long stay , if I am having long stay I am paying for that . Overall stay was comfortable and nice .

Excellent room, location and services. Rooms have all the facilities that required. 20 mins travel to MBK mall. 7/11 is near. And more.

I have booked a hotel including breakfast during my stay at the hotel. They are charged for 1 person for 3 days This is not acceptable

One of the best properties in Bangkok. All amenities are available like pool, jacuzzi, bath tub, gym. Super humble staff and all systematic working procedures. I will book this hotel only whenever i will visit bangkok

Room was okay but the balcony view was obstructed by an old building

AC was making such a loud noise that we couldn’t sleep all night. The facility wasn’t clean, there were cockroaches in the drawers

The stay was excellent. The check in and check out process was really smooth. The room had everything needed for a perfect stay.

Overall a good stay, friendliness of the staff can be improved upon. However. clean room and large room was booked. Also allowed us early check-in by payment.

Room is good but there are lot of cockroaches feels very disgusting and now I’m carrying few of them to India coz dont know how many are there in my bag now

The property is really nice with all the amenities and facilities to the point. But the location is a little far from the central city area of malls and markets. Also there is no pure vegetarian food joints nearby.

The hotel is really pleasant. the location is extremely good. Metro/bts station is at a walking distance. The hotel also provides a free pick up and drop service to the Ploenchit centre from where you can easily take cab or metro or just walk around. They also provide bicycles to use free if you are willing to ride nearby. Literally 3-5 mins walk to nearby 7-11 shops or restaurants. Lots of massage centres and pubs very close. breakfast is good, however they can have a bigger spread. Very friendly staff. Clean pool and sauna. We stayed here twice with 2 kids..and it was fantastic 😍

The hotel had a spacious room but was poorly built. Seems like the maintenance is long due. People at reception are rude. We were asked to pay for Child breakfast when our booking clearly mentioned breakfast included.
