property location is very good. staff is good and helpful. my stay was pleasant except last night. I stayed in room 202. in room 203 a suspicious looking was staying. she offered me massage and boom boom service. I declined peacefully and respectfully to her. last night around 1am or 2 am she turned on the tv very loudly , creating a lot of disturbance to us.

Property location was good but the maintenance was very poor, Crocoches everywhere in room, foul smell in washroom and things are already broken like lamps and bed lamp ceiling, and wall stickers are tore

Very basic old property, poor maintenance.they are providing washed bed sheet and towels, but they may be torn edges. If you want to take out side guests there is no restriction and freely available in outside the building.

Needs a lot of improvement

Needs to improve to stand still in the competition. Many other options are there now in the area now. Rooms are still untidy and washrooms are stinking. Le fenix is loosing its glory.
