Grace Hotel Bangkok

Grace Hotel Bangkok is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. I stayed for two nights and found the room very comfortable. I have only one suggestion for the management: the light in the bathroom/toilet is quite dim. It would be helpful if the bulb could be replaced with a brighter one for better visibility. Thank you for your excellent service.

The room was not up to the mark ,there were cockroaches everywhere including the bedroom and washroom,i specifically complained at the reception but to no avail,it was a very shocking and terrifying moment for me as no one listened .

prime location. Nearby Indian Restaurant. clean room. gentle Staff. room is clean and vig. waiting room is very big.

Grace hotel is a prime location... Everything is nearby just like an indian restaurant, hospital,nearby shopping Mall

the hotel was a nightmare , filled with filthy Muslims and Arabs who were smoking in the lobby , the hotel is filled with Hookers no hospitality at all, no amenities, no room service, nothing, they took 2000 baht and during checkout they told me that I burned their electric kettle and they charged me 2000 baht for that (pov: i didn't even used the electric kettle) can't even sleep because of all the noises .

One of the worst hotel stay ever in Bangkok.. Rooms where old like 30 years old..staff at reception was very arrogant.. stay at a lodge rather than staying at this hotel

This is my second trip. Actually hotel location is fine. Nearby nana plaza also. Gust friendly hotel. Cleaning staffs are very friendly. But the reception staff uff. Actually 10 minutes standing front of the reception the reception staff ( who wearing a chain attached a locket m) she never listen. Then i go to the other staff. Then she gave me room card etc. But there is no bell boy for helping search the room. Which floor. How can i find the room. Overall hotel & cleaning staff are good. Except that one reception staff

Over all experience was good. My room was in 3rd with no much view. I have stayed here in 2023, this is close to nana metro station. So accessible to all areas.
