location is good . blanket was shredded,b room cleaning staff was orderly the man in reception spoke in rude loud unbearable manner . And they didn't offered mineral water,even though it was clearly stared in the that the hotel offered mineral water.

Room was small, no drinking water is provided. Basic hotel, ok for business travel not recommended for leisure.

Rooms are good. Very respectful receptionist and they speak english.

Location is amazing. 2 minute walking distance from asoke station. Really calm place. Excellent cooperative and smiling staff.

Its the best budget hotel and its all across thailand in its all main cities, the staff here are very polite and genuine.

- rooms are small - city view from 7th floor rooms - no assistance with luggage - common water refill near reception (no bottle provided) - no phones in the room - only body wash and liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom - hair dryer in rooms - no tea coffee or kettle - no fridge - if you have two rooms, you can ask for an interconnected family room.

The hotel staff are helping and it is also located in the heart of sukhumvit. It's just 2 min walking from asoke bts. Rooms were clean however almirah, kettle etc were missing.

Rooms were very clean. I stayed for 4 days and every day they cleaned room and washroom. Just one negative point that room was very small. If you like to travel by metro and save on taxi cost then it is great choice. As it is located in walking distance from buts sky train and mart metro station.

Hotel location is near to prime location and for me easy to catch mrt.

USP is its location. clean and non smoking property.

Hotel is clean. Rooms very small. Not for people looking for great service. It's a budget hotel so no qualms. Staff during night shift were extremely friendly. Overall 3 out of 5 will be my rating.

Need some inside dining. Overall is OK.
