Adhu stay was okay and the service was very bad. They were not even refilling water and cleaning the room for two days and also there was a bit uneasy when travelling also from that place and it was not helpful at all and stay was okay.

Sleeping beds are very old and bad . I think they need to change the beds and pillows and cover also

Hotel is Good but Far from the happening place in Bangkok but still a good hotel to stay at low price. Staff are very good, nice hotel for Indians but the food is very costly when compared to quantity but overall nice place to stay when comparing the same with cost.

This hotel will not give you a personal electronic safe. Reception is too small for anything except cash. No gym or swimming pool. Does not give late checkout facility even if rooms are vacant. No bathtub. Location is too far off from happening tourist places like Sukhumvit and from malls also.

The hotel is far away from the main city. The safety locker in my room did not work. Overall it was good. Better than other hotels in the same price. The air conditioner and television was CRT were too old though. And no jet spray in the bathrooms. Overall it was good.

Far for shopping area. Good food.

Hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. Food arrangements very good. Commuting to city center as well to shopping areas is expensive and taxi drivers are not very aware of location. Hotel can possibly look at how to provide help on this front.

As an Indian traveller I would tell you its a nice hotel to stay in. Best part is an indian breakfast if you are travelling with a group you can order for breakfast of your choice. The rooms were best in my entire Thailand visit, spacious, Clean & well equipped rooms along with clean wash room. However hotel is bit far from the city center but they have a regular shuttle service to BTS so you can use the same or else when you are with a group tour you will have your own vehicle. Free Wi-Fi, Indian breakfast, Interiors, Hindi & English Channels on TV are added service for Indian Travellers. My overall experience is really good and the best part is the manager at the hotel, he is an Indian ( (Speaks Hindi & English) & Very Helpful, his name is Mr. Ajay Singh. Staffs are courteous.

Very bad location, staff not at all cooperative. Front staff treat Indians like dirt, I would never recommend this hotel to any one by mistake also.

This hotel is very basic level hotel with difficult to reach from city. No easy connectivity to hotel. Food quality is very bad.

One best part of the hotel is that it is cheap compare to others. Near to very good shopping centres like Asiatique, Indra Square, Platinum Mall etc, Good Indian food. Not seen any foreign tourists in the hotel. Bad thing about hotel is that it is Noisy, lobby noise impact on your room and accommodation is okay but worth on this rate.

We had to change the room on arrival as the room was bad with noisy AC. The hotel is very far off. Definitely not recommendable. It is only meant for Indians looking for Indian food on menu with very tight budget. There are much better options in budget and 3 star within Bangkok city limits.

Ok as it was difficult to get there not many people new about it. Accidentally a glass got broken fine levied was very heavy compared to the quality of the product. Compared to amount charged for food the quantity served was very less and even variety for breakfast was less and not tasting great. Reminder of phone wakeup was skipped one day even reminder for timely check out was not provided. The staff was not well versed with english.
