Citin Sukhumvit 11 Nana Bangkok by Compass Hospitality

This hotel is loca9xted at one of the best location of bangkok. Very near to Nana BTS station. Hotel sevices are very good. Hotel staff is very supportive and friendly. All staff members behaviour is nice. Ms. Rainy is just outstanding in terms of behaviour , support and general attitude.

Hotel was really in a good location and was clean. Hotel staffs behaviour was superb. They had provided us with whatever we wanted. If you want to use public transport to roam around in bangkok, it is easily available near the hotel, mots is very near to the hotel. Excellent connectivity.

An average stay as i said. The fittings such as light etc were not in order. The mini fridge didn't contain drinks, no tea coffee kit supplied. But the location and wifi was very good.

5. Everything was perfect and the location was really good it was near to metro and nana bazar

Hotel was at good location near nana bts sky train station and nana plaza. There was a good indian restaurant nearby named amritsr. Early check in was chargeable but it was okay. Overall good experience with the stay and specially with staff there.

Washroom was not so good rooms was average but as per price deal was good #whatyoupaywhatyouget location was good

Property was gud and metro nana was 2 min walking from hetol but area was ok ok it was little bit red light area

In the hear if city near nana plaza sukhumvit 11 is very near to buts metro station you can walk to nana plaza for night enjoyment

Rooms are small but location was good to nearby market everything was good some power shockets are not working

Rooms are good enough. But cockroach found in bathroom. And early morning check in requires full payment of one day.

Hotel is nice but not very big without gym n pool. Stayed in executive room. Room size is medium. Nice location. Nice friendly staff at reception. Nice cleaning staff. Overall nice stay at hotel.

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here, the first experience was really good, and the recent stay was average, cockroaches & lizards were there across the room as well as in the washroom, at midnight when i objected to the receptionist, he came and saw it personally and changed the room, there also the issue we faced, ac was not working, entire night ruined. Next day morning they have changed the room. Regretful experience

It was a good experience specially 3 ladies at the reception during day time manager waramay bj but the night shift person he was not at all decent and very rude and for example he use to reply ( i don’t care ) and was not at all polite and i hope people take up this matter and he should be removed as he is the only person at night and there should be new person
