Great location

It's near Khao San road but away from the loud noise and clumsy streets, also near an important bus stop from where you can reach other locations conveniently. The host welcomes with open arms and the place is perfect downtown charm. Only suggestion would be the AC in our room was not capable enough to provide proper cooling, but the weather was not gruesome as well.

We stayed there for two nights. It's near bus stop and also the Grand palace is of walkable distance. Also the famous Khaosan Road is at a walkable distance. Room was very clean. Had a little problem with AC but the host was kind enough to help us. 7 eleven is also nearby. All in all we loved our stay there.
