Good and beautiful hotel with very small room. Good decor

No proper rooms as it was shown even being a 5 star property service was not upto the mark we have included room with breakfast for 2 days, so the day when we are leaving early, they have not provided is with packed breakfast.

Stay was really good and staff were very supportive

The hotel has all amenities as described. The room is small (very little space for keeping your luggage. Location is very close to the shopping area (1km walk. Very close to many indian restaurants. Overall a pleasant experience

Rooms are a bit congested than in pics, slow service at times and paper thin wallls so you can hear the noise from lobby or end up disturbing your neighbours while closing the door. The door did not close properly in one try and alarm went off everytime until I jerked it hard to close. Definitely a disturbance. The only window was in the bathroom. The bathtub was dirty and leaked from somewhere (not sure which point exactly) on the window side and the whole floor got wet and towel soaked. There was only body wash and shampoo available, no conditioner and moisturiser even after asking the staff twice. The touchscreen control to handle the lighting, ac and Alarm was a headache which gave up at times. One time I turned off the ac for a few minutes and it did not work until I removed the wire and reattached a couple of times. The hotel help did not turn up on time for this and I sat for a good 25 min in humid room trying to do this work. Toilet on the entrance of the room and bathroom on the other end. Can’t wash your hands right away, walk to the other end. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The staff is not updated on the timings and day offs for the tourist attractions, which is something we expect them to know right away. I checked in on Saturday and discussed with the staff of planning to visit safari world on Monday they had a word with their cab service and confirmed. I had other plans for Saturday and came back late at night and was awaken early next morning to leave for safari world right away or I won’t be able to go on Monday. I had to drag myself out of bed to go. This is not what I expected of them. The cab driver was a bit costly for me but I was tired and exhausted from last few days so I went with it. Pls plan your tour properly and do enough research coz you may end up talking to people with language barriers and confusion. Pre plan and google translate. I was not informed of any tuktuk or hotel cab service. The staff was not highly professional but fine to talk to. Checkin was quick for me, I left my luggage to come back later. When I came back I was given the key card to go to my room myself, the bell boy arrived later with my suitcase and left it at the door for me to drag it and keep it inside. At the time of checkout too, there was no help in loading the luggage from the staff. The reception desk was helpful though, they gave me extra water bottles and warm towel to take a shower before leaving since I had a late flight and left my luggage in their custody till evening. Close to airport link station, walking distance to the market, also well connected with transport options. All in all, if you’re getting better options at this price go ahead or are light on luggage and just want to explore around take this hotel. Definitely not hygienic bath tubs and slippers. Hotel should take cleanliness and hygiene precautions very seriously.

Extremely convenient to reach from the airport. Great place to stay. Extremely helpful & courteous staff. Excellent food. Comfortable bed. Great property suggested by mmt.

It’s really nice hotel, i was sick but enjoyed my time alone unfortunately wanted extended my stay there but all rooms wer booked overall nice interior great service. Love it definitely gonna stay again

Akara hotel, is very compact hotel( very small but cosy rooms), services was quick and fast. Check in and check out was seamless and was done without hassle. Over all a good compact experience.

Akara is a nice boutique hotel. Good staff, rooms and overall vibe. Only negative, very less indian vegetarian breakfast

The rooms are good. The lounge and reception are tastefully done. Staff is friendly.

Pros: Location, rooms and pool. Cons: vegetarian food is not that great.

We had a comfortable stay and were helped and serviced well by the friendly staff. The hotel is rated 5 star and the rooms are quite well laid out. However, the hotel is built on limited land space and the reception, corridors and swimming pool areas are not that spacious.

The rooms were beautiful. Rooftop view is awesome and the staff was polite and helpful.

It was not so spacious but it was full of luxury. Service was excellent. It was certainly located.

On the whole for a price paid it is a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and good amenities. WiFi did not support WhatsApp this should not be so. Also Toilet and bathroom with wash basin are at two ends of the room which is very inconvenient.
