Villa Tea Fields

Property doesn't have a proper entrance/ way to reach. Doesn't have a name board! The breakfast menu is very limited. location is not good. Support staff are good. It was very highly priced.

Good stay but not worth what we paid. Room was like in photos but on reaching we thought it was impractical because of the slant, every-time we had to duck, so room felt half usable. Otherwise beautiful property. Limited breakfast items, caretaker did his best whenever we had issues and was always smiling, so 100 marks for service. Approach to property could be improved. Washrooms are clean and beautiful. Views are pretty. Comfortable stay overall.

The room was very pretty but too small. No space to move around.

The place is a bit off the road and bit difficult to locate and find and the approach road is very bad! Staff there was decent but the major problem was that deep to (man in-charge of the facility, hopefully, I am taking the correct name) would keep on repeating that we have to vacate the room at 11 the next day and he did that way to many times that it was irritating. We stayed in Taj Bentota, Riu and Amari and none of them were so irritating. Its mainly because of this that I wouldn't rate my stay as good but below average. Hotel staff need to be a bit flexible and when we have told that we will vacate by 11, still reminding every now and again is just impolite, irritating and disgusting! Hope you communicate this to Deepthi.

Its a small villa doesn't have much facilities but staff very courteous and helpful. Five stars for the staff.

The hotel is located beside a Tea plantation, the view that you wake up to is serene and makes you feel as if the time has stopped in its tracks. The best part was the hospitality of the staff, they made one of the best memories for our vacation at SL. We had the top most room to ourselves, it's one of most unique and cutest rooms that we've ever stayed in. Absolutely loved the place, if you're traveling to Nuwara Eliya, try staying here, you won't regret
