Dear Sir 1. If you have a google map it is not hard to find this villa. Most of the Europeans just come to the villa without giving a call to us. 2. our rooms are decorated with expensive antiques and every thing is functional. many guests come to the villa because of the antiques.sri lankan brides using this villa is using as a photo shooting site to remember their memorable day. 3. we understand that our wifi is not properly working in upstairs where the rooms are located. because the wifi is in our office downstairs. We are connected to a fiber wifi line of sri lanka telecom and it is the fastest wifi available in sri lanka. so if you go to the living area you should have enjoyed a very fast wifi. 4.you didn't book the room with breakfast that was why the breakfast was not included. 5. you would have asked the boys for the things you require cups/glasses/kettle/ fridge/ etc he would have given those to you and if the boy did not understand the English you speak, you would have given me a call (as you always did) re your requirements which I would have arranged 6. Dear sir. other guest went early in the morning and you came before the check in time. the boy was arranging the rooms for you early and was attending to requirements after you come, you went out and came in midnight (though most of the hotels guests in sri lanka has to come back to the hotel before 1000PM, we don't keep that restrictions to our guests) The boy was very tiered and was sleeping. After you gave me a call , I had to give the boy couple calls to wake him up and open the gate. we apologize for any inconvenience, if you had, because of any fault in our side.
