Beautiful place, nearby beach , railway track , complimentary breakfast was awesome, overall enjoyed my stay

Rooms were spacious. But not clean upto the marks. There were ants on the bed and floor. Beach accessible from the property is spectacular. Give me 11% discount

No maintenance, untrained staff, this is not a 3 star hoteL, we booked 2 rooms, old property without proper maintenance, no hot water, had bad night

The room had a misty smell, the service was good and the ambience was average. Worth the most though, pretty affordable.

Villa was superb and breakfast was really delicious! greenery was really impressive and beach access is just excellent and near by! only room wifi was not working properly in standard room!

Room condition was pathetic and only one person handles all services for all guests so it's not on time and most of time unattended. Map not showing true direction and wifi is poor connectivity. To say in a word not worthy

Avoid this hotel if you're a light sleeper, it is on a railroad track which is fairly active through the night and the horns can be quite loud if you're a light sleeper. The plus points are the staff is wonderful and the most amazing bunch of people who go the extra mile to please you. Sadly the rooms are old and dilapidated and lack basics and even the toiletries. Again this gets made up since the beach is less than 50 meters away across the railroad track.

Me and my wife stayed there for 2 days in Aug-19. Old property, pathetic rooms, washrooms are yucky, no cleanliness, needs a complete overhaul, shady access to beach with no light and safety, breakfast is super poor, no buffet, no operational kitchen for lunch and dinner, overpriced as compared with hotels near. Please avoid and a big no., waste of money. MMT Please initiate refund to compensate my ruined stay.

The bathroom was too small and water through the taps was very less. Otherwise it was all good. Right near the Beach.

Food is not good they could not provide cool water bottle. I say everyday give me a cool water they replied we have only normal water

Apart from the friendlier staff and hotel location all experience was average.

Location is outstanding for the clean, peaceful Beach from hotel, hardly 1 minute walking. Food is OK.
Room was good with basic amenities but still can be batter with modern facilities in washroom for shower.

The facilities were alright and the staff was really polite and helpful. The bathroom could do with an exhaust. Its a good place overall for staying 1-2 days. Nice beach and everything but nothing fancy.

3 km from railway station, its better to opt for room with breakfast as food is very costly but delicious.
The way to Beach don't have lights, please put lights to make tourist comfortable.

Has access to private beach. Problem is there a railway track nearby. But trains don't run on night. Food OK.

Delicious food, great view from the Cabanas, very humble and friendly staff.

Location is attached to the beach but services are terrible. Toaster was not working, fans were not working in restaurant.
