Not liable on stay and not safe

Its a haunted place, deserted, rooms sealed. No staff, dogs in lobby, now staff at reception.

Everything is perfect except the dinner. There was no option for indian non veg. Beef curry is not eaten by many but chicken is

The room was nice, Beach Resort, nice place, nice hospitality, pool was very dirty, breakfast was nice. All in all nice experience

We had a good stay only because of the view and location. We stayed for 3 nights 4 days. It is a budget hotel. Food, breakfast has good options for continental and Indian/Sri Lankan) dinner is OK.
Bathroom emits funny smell sometimes. Did not enjoy twin beds for couple. No fresh towels everyday. Cleanliness overall when we arrived in room. Not good. Bunches of hair were around on the floor.

Hotel is dying and most of facilities not working. Street dogs roam in hotel. Hotel is very old and deserted. No management and most of the staff left.
Please don’t go to this hotel. It is not even 1 star rating. Hotel is old and dying with no staff or verge of leaving. No facilities is working. Swimming pool is dirty. Street dogs roaming the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and regret our decision to choose this hotel. Please don’t get attracted to location and price. We were initially denied check-in and 2 hours after receiving call from MakeMyTrip they gave us room. Thanks my roaming was activated and was able to make call else we have to look for another hotel with my kids and all bags in high season. No staff is helpful.

Food quality needs to be improved a lot. The menu of breakfast, dinner and lunch is so repetitive.

The hotel is good, beach facing and has good rooms but the restaurant only serves breakfast. The reception didn't inform us that the hotel doesn't serve lunch and dinner which left us searching for a restaurant late in the night which was very unpleasant to do.

Awesome breakfast. Traveled in the off season, so we almost were the only people at the resort.

Excellent beach view resort. The morning complimentary breakfast was of lot of varieties.

Just the perfect place to spend some quality time with your loved ones. Additionally, the beach view makes it more promising.

Hotel was good location near Indian restaurant. Infront of sea located ... Swimming pool is also good ... They have indian variety of food also apart from non veg and sea food. Hotel staff is very cooperative ... Value for money ...

First of all they didn't acknowledge my booking since had no confirmation from Makemytrip. I landed with my family around 2330 hrs, Night time. Then started all drama being not booked my room. I tried calling your emergency no. But couldn't connect at all. I showed them MMT booking confirmation and other communication but they said they don't have any confirmation and hotel is completely booked. I requested them since my wife and kid was with me and difficult to find anything in the mid Night.

The location of the hotel is mind blowing but the hotel is not properly maintained. The view from the rooms are beautiful. Wish I could say the same for the rooms. Staff is untrained and uncooperative.

Location is good, but sea level is high during July to september, so can't enjoy beach, only pool is there. Vegetarian food options are limited. Rooms are OK. Not to plan with long weekends as it will be crowded.
