The hotel is nice and anyone who is looking to spend their day in the city and wants to use the hotel just for the night, it is an excellent choice. It is a budget friendly hotel and consists of all the basic amenities except a fridge, if anything is required to freeze or keep cold, you can ask the reception to keep it in their own refrigerator

Hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming. While the hotel is located in a red-light area, I personally found it very safe and had no issues during my stay. One tip—carry a water bottle, as the dispenser is only available on the ground floor. Overall, definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it for budget travelers.

I stayed at IBIS Budget singapore crystal for 2 days and overall experience was good. Hotel Team was very good in terms of quick service and overall help. They helped a lot in terms of guiding for route, maps and looking for near by good food places…

Stay was very good, clean rooms and the places were very close to the hotel. Staff is very helpful and they are keen to help you. The ijooz counter was a boon for us. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a budget trip.

The hotel room was small but comfortable, it was clean. They provided us with basic toiletries. Though it was mentioned that they would give 2 water bottles per pax everyday after reaching there we were told to refill our water bottle from the tap as it is safe in Singapore to have tap water. On request we were given an hour and half extension on the day of checkout. So overall we had a pleasant stay.

No room service, housekeeping is slow. Reception doesn’t care. Rooms are small. But the cheapest option available

The service of the hotel was not good and the hotel room was also not clean and the environment of the hotel was also not good.

A comfortable stay with bare minimum facilities. Room was spacious. Bathroom was also good and clean. Staff was helpful and always available. Could arrange for hand towels and extra dustbins since bathroom dint have one.

We had a wonderful stay at ibis crystal. The default check-in/check-out timings are 3 pm and 12 pm respectively. The nearest mart is mountbatten (although it's not quite clear from google maps, there's a beautiful pathway straight from the mountbatten mart that leads to this hotel) the next closest mart is aljunied. I paid the entire amount beforehand and didn't encounter any hassles and no additional charges were levied. We had opted for a room-only option since we wanted to go explore a la carte. However, one can opt for ibis hotels with breakfast included if required. Drinking water is available from the tap and an electric kettle is provided too, along with hair dryer, tea bags/coffee and milk sachets. The room is well-lit and maintained neatly. Towels and bed linen are replaced daily in a prompt manner. However, in terms of the bath amenities, only a hand-shower is available; it would have been nice to have a regular shower-head too. The toilet is also basic and doesn't have a bidet. The area is well-served by comfortdelgro / cdg zig cabs. There are native vegan/vegetarian restaurants available nearby, along with plenty of smaller stores for snacks and fruits. From mountbatten, all the major attractions can be visited by mrt.

Pros: clean & friendly staff near to bus stops & mountbatten mrt cons: rooms are small & they don't provide bottled drinking water. The latch on one of the door was also broken. Overall a decent stay & can be explored by people who would like to travel to singapore on budget. But overall

Very good located with easy access to the airport and the city centre. Nice clean rooms, helpful staff. Air conditioning could work better and bathroom amenities could be better quality. Overall it's good value for this price and for a short stay in Singapore.
