Took 1hr to complete hotel checkin, no towels, shower broken, sink insecure, tv did not work, no wifi, no one could help order me a taxi the next morning and i needed to walk to my location which was 30 mins away. They had 3 people on reception when i arrived and do not understand customers. I proved my own paperwork that i had a booking but they couldn’t not use this evidence and arrange me a room. They needed their computer system to tell them i had a booking. Feedback: customer should be given a room immediately and then they should seek to resolve. Why would anyone with paperwork turn up in the middle of know where try to get a free room. They need to educate their staff. Wifi is also the most important part hing for travellers who do not have a phone signal. They would not even book me a taxi. Is that the right service i received? it was very hot walking for 2km’s in 35 degree heat in a suit
