Carawan Al Fahad Hotel

I stayed here in September 2025 on a business trip, and this hotel turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever. The photos are misleading—the hotel is old, poorly maintained, and in no way deserves 4 stars. The rooms have no windows, making you feel completely caged in, dark, and suffocating. For the price they charge, it’s shocking. You only get two 300ml water bottles for two people, and extra water is outrageously overpriced. Service is extremely poor—requests take hours (if answered at all). Staff are rude and uninterested in guests. The pool is tiny and unappealing, breakfast is horrible with almost no options for vegetarians, and the quality is substandard. Hygiene is questionable, with cockroaches spotted and hair in the food. There are plenty of better hotels around at the same or lower cost. This property is overpriced, outdated, and suffocating. Would never stay here again—even for free.

It’s a poorly maintained hotel. House keeping is bad, I found dirty socks in the room. Other than location everything is poor.

I think reviews here and fake its a pretty old property i had stayed there, breakfast was worst, air conditioners are not upto the mark, main issue which i faced was housekeeping staff has stole my charger and hotel reception was very chill on that, would never recommend anyone to go there in future.

The hotel is in a good location. The food is good and service meets expectations. The front desk is quite helpful and rooms are spacious.

Located just next to the Kingdom centre tower and Skywalk Riyadh. Excellent room and breakfast spread includes continental and local dishes. Worth the effort
