It was an amazing stay, very comfortable and the hospitality was wonderful. Staff was pleasant and supportive.

Very basic hotel .. decent rooms and way below average breakfast.. location is also shady. Pathetic internet speed

I had high expectations of staying at ramada riyadh but i felt the standard of service fell way short for the price tag! their housekeeping is a disaster. After repeated requests to change my towels i literally had to get hold of room service person from corridor to change my towel. The breakfast is ok but no service at the table. Laundry service was a rip off. I gave laundry at 7. 30 am hoping they will give the same day but the hotel told me it will take next day to deliver unless i pay additional amount for delivery the same day. Room service menu is limited.

When i checked out and asked for the bill they couldn’t find my dining bill. They said they will send it but haven’t when i called back after 2 hours now they don’t even find my name in the room i stayed just today

Pleasant stay, courteous staff, convenient location and very nice buffet facilities

Stay was ok, but instead of advanced payment they get confused that i didnt pay, hotel staff should know english too, and the bad part there were rotten fruits in minibar, nobody cleaned in fresh room that shows what's os the quality of cleanliness of the hotel.

This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in the last 15 years. Probably the worst ever and I have stayed in some pretty bad ones. This is not even one star. It's like a cheap, dirty lodge. They had one towel in the room, did not even have a dental kit. I called 5 times for a dental kit, but nobody cared. The internet speed was 0.09 MBPS if it was working. Most of the time it was not working. The food was bad. I wonder why would anyone stay in this hotel.

Great location. 10 minutes from Olaya, never crowded so easy to reach hotel. It is basically diplomatic enclave so very posh. Did not get a chance to eat food. Recommend for stay thoroughly. Size of rooms plug points for business travelers nice washrooms. Relatively new property.
