I recently stayed at novotel suites olaya, and i was very pleased with my experience. Each time i walked in, the warm welcome made feel right at home the reception team was fantastic, always friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to mr. Bass-em and his wonderful team who consistently provided outstanding service and made sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast team also did a great job, greeting me with smiles and serving delicious food to start my day right. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and i appreciate the wonderful service from everyone at novotel suites olaya. I look forward to returning!

Wonderful front office, restaurant and housekeeping staff very prompt and quick with their services good breakfast spread clean and spacious rooms highly helpful staff excellent location - olaya street
