Guests appreciate the property’s fantastic location right across from Al Rashid Mall, making it super easy to access shopping and dining. The friendly staff adds a nice touch to the experience, while amenities like the gym and swimming pool enhance comfort during the stay. However, some guests noted areas for improvement with breakfast options.
My stay
The hotel location and building itself is very good however the staff is not hospitable. Housekeeping is not up to mark starting from hotel outer look, reception and then the lobby. The room housekeeper is very slow and one has to request several times for this service. Inside rooms, instead of tiles carpet will be better option, carpet will be a better option.

Better food and breakfast options should be there, even a coffee was not in breakfast, even though i paid for breakfast while booking i had to buy separately because of lack of options.

Stayed one night and the room was excellent, clean spacious and complete with kitchen and a Bath tub. Location just opposite a very nice shopping mall.
