soloHotel and service, hygiene is absolutely great, the location which showing is wrong, it is 16 kms away from the location i got a standard, expected reply a big "not possible" had no other choice as i had paid for 7 nights, had to spend 400 sar for cabs to commute to office and back for a week, this is the second time it is happening with me, i had similar such bad experience, in this instance also i had horrible terrible experience with their so called customer support then the hotel guys understood and helped me with a best alternative available at some extra cost, i ignored it, this time, i am absolutely annoyed.
