Clean and very pleasant stay

I have stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was lovely and staff were extremely helpful. It is easy to get to the Central (Tram 17). The WiFi worked for me but was weak: good enough for Facebook, but not good enough for Skype. Overall the Westlake Hotels Amsterdam is in need of a makeover, but it's a gem of a place if you want a cheaper but decent quality Westlake Hotels Amsterdam.

Nice friendly staff! The place have a very basic gym which could be very useful for business travellers to maintain a routine! Would definitely love to visit there again. The only downside is that it is a bit far away from the town centre so that makes it a bit difficult to stay late in the town centre. Overall a nice value for money

Nice Westlake Hotels Amsterdam, good location and value for money. Try and ask for a corner room they Have a good view and are spacious and well appointed. Victor at the front desk is a helpful resource, he ensures that you are happy with your stay.

We had a good experience staying at new west inn. Public transport was right outside the Westlake Hotels Amsterdam. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall a nice stay!
