Room is ok and nice !! Staff was helpful and friendly !! Felt hot and humid inside the room . The bathroom is too compact WC is not maintained has a lot of stains and enamel corroding and room cleaning not maintained regularly!! Overall was ok !! Not bad !! They do not accept cash at all ! The view of the canal from the room was nice although !!

Centrally located with easy access to public transport and main destinations. Great breakfast options, including for vegetarians. Clean room with easy check in and check out and great staff.

The property is centrally located and makes it very convenient to visit around in amsterdam. Tram stations are at walking distance and the main station amsterdam central is just 10 minutes away. They've got a good spread at breakfast with enough options for vegetarians as well. The check in, check out service is smooth and staff is friendly. Rooms are clean with right heating/cooling.

Tidy rooms, staffs were nice, friendly and accommodating. My room 205 facing the canal view were awesome no noise around can sleep well after a tiring day outside. Walking distance to the tourist area like Dam square ,red light district, etc quite far but tolerable.

Overall stay was good but at first it was little difficult to find as it was showing more than 6 miles from amsterdam central whereas while booking the hotel it was showing only 186metres walk from central. Room was quite small but clean and quiet.

Food could be bit different everyday. More facilities in the bathroom

It was nice stay, supportive staaf. Good location, view from room was nice canal view, only missing things wet some basic amenities from room. Overall a decent stay.

The experience was good, staff is super friendly. Regina was a super host at time of c. Inn. Hotel location is nice, 10-15 min for all the main attractions. The only thing missing was amenities in room.

We had a power shortage at 12 am and asked us to take the luggage and shift into another room, we did request to move the luggage in the morning but they were very rude and did not accept

Reception staff is so courteous, ensure u know the city tours n help u guide food quality is good staff can speak english room view on the canal is amazing water bottle n kettle/ pouches is missing in the rooms

Hotel did not provide any complimentary coffee, water, toothpaste. Rooms were very small and ordinary as compared to what they charge for each day stay.

It lacks basics things a costumer needs in a hotel they didn’t even provide us water. The reception asked us for a deposit for a charging plug but didn’t ask the person before us who wasn’t of our colour. Very disappointed with the overall service of this hotel lacked the basics

Room was clean and good but room size was small. Really liked the view of canal from the room. Overall liked it.

Near to station, walking distance from Dam Square. Recommended for couple of nights stay.

Hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the center and is a good option just a free ferry away to Adam lookout, this is holland and other Adam North areas. Staff was really courteous with everything and even went ahead and arranged for a hot water kettle as per our request.

Had a nice stay at Ibis. Though rooms are quite small, but location won the heart. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
