Hotel Riverside

We booked two three bedded deluxe rooms of Hotel Riverside, Chitwan from 27th Jan to 29th Jan 2020. The receptionist accommodated two rooms, we were impossible to identify the difference between standard rooms and deluxe rooms, next day on 28th Jan 2020, we identified this differences and informed manager (Ganesh) who told roughly that there were no difference between two categories, after long arguments Ganesh changed our room from standard to deluxe. So we lost one day better accommodation and money for extra facilities.

It was a horrible stay, Hotel chef was absent. No way to call staff or housekeeping. Lots of plumbing and furniture repair needed. Hotel is in a very poor and greedy management hand

Awesome stay for couple and friends.

I had a very pathetic experience in this hotel. I booked rooms in advance with full payment. When I reached at 7:10 pm after a long journey they said that I was too late and they provided the rooms to someone else. Then they shifted us to some other hotel which was below the standard. I the morning when we came again they kept us waiting for 2 hours. I booked for standard rooms but they wanted to offer me basic rooms. I never had had such a bad experience before.
