it was in a good location. easy access to shops and resturants. the staff was helful. the room was clean but the passage to the place was a little untidy.

Rude staffs and they are not ready to help. They are collecting green tax on usd. Even though we are giving in maldivan ruffiya they forcefully telling to give in USD. is this America or Maldives ufff. terrible stay.

There was smelling cigarettes in the room,No toiletries were provided for the bathroom,They didn't even give me water to drink at night Also Coffee Maker and Tea Making items they are not provide.

The hotel staff was not responsive. Knowing everything that we are with a kid they put us on the 3rd floor which rooftop. There were not even telephones to communicate with them if you need anything.

The location was good and the rooms were clean. However, they refused to serve a bottle of water when we asked for it. Water is essential for anyone. We had to buy water from a shop located opposite to the hotel.

We chose this place for a one night stay as the flight was scheduled to arrive late at maldives, and we had to go to ban-dos island on the next day. This is an excellent place to stay near the beach. Nice location, good service and clean place. Only point is that there is no restaurant

Property is at a nice location, basic amenities provided, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained . But unfortunately the staff has no sense of hospitality, I doubt they haven’t got the basic training on how to interact with a guest.

The facilities provided by the staff is amazing. Very clean room with all those hygiene follwed. Street is 40mtr walk from the room and sea is also nearby.

It is located in near airport, very good city reasonable price those who are looking for budget stay. Suitable for those who are addicted city life.

Property has good location and very helpful staff. The staff is interactive and is helpful. We booked one day tour from here and it was amazing. Just one drowback is the room does not have intercom and had trouble with mosquitos

It was easy to reach to the hotel after late arrival. We relaxed ourselves to enjoy the upcoming stay at kihaa without any tiredness. We liked everything without a complain.

I stayed there for one night before taking transfer from my hotel. The location is good, very close to the beach and an out 15 minutes drive from the airport. Stay was peaceful with no issues.
