poorest experience worst in entire journey. most unprofessional Executive and no idea about basics

Property is in a good location right at the bikini beach and staff is very polite and caring, dinner buffet quality needs improvement

Booked for a sea view room but given a 1st floor room facing sea and 2 roofs and hardly could not see any sea..raised issue with reception but reception was harsh saying they dont have any other option..and were harsh..pls check with reception before booking what room was being given to you

our stay in Arena was very good. The room with balcony with seaview was amazing where we can see beach frm our room and sunrise in morning. The breakfast spread was also good. The main highlight of the stay was it's infinity swimming pool. The view of maafushi beach and island frm 10th floor is just amazing.

Booked a premium room with balcony and sea view - specifically mentioned that room need to be on higher floor - a week ago when made the booking - the same was confirmed as well - still got the room only to find out that it was on 1st floor with little to no view. The rooms shown in the pictures and in reality have no resemblance.. the rooms are small and claustrophobic ! Dont know who kept the name premium room ! Its a joke ! The check in was also not smooth .. had to wait half n hout post the check in time to get the room ! Water-sports opted was given time slot of 2:45 pm ! Just 10 minutes before the room was alloted. The lunch ordered did not reach on time had to rush for watersports. There is serious miscommunication between the staff. The intercom does not work and front office sends housekeeping to notify guest to come to front desk. I believe it is a hotel and behaviour as hospitality professionals is expected rather than disturbing and telling guests to come to front desk by some housekeeping. The dinner buffet is below average with a small spread.. with no water or beverage option .. thats the basic courtesy to offer water if someone has opted a buffet i feel.. watersports were good.. overall a very disappointing experiance ..Would never recommend this property ever to anyone.

Best hotel in Maafushi, breakfast was delicious with indian options. Room was very clean. Two water bottles were provided per day

The seaview rooms with balcony have breathtaking views. Breakfast spread was decent for vegetarians as well.

Welcome was good, staff members are very polite buffet, room, view everything was awesome before booking remember some points 1) boat transfer rate is high of this hotel, either try to grab discount or find another option 2) boat transfer timing may not match with your flight timings, so before planning ask everything, so you won't wait long at airport 3) use usd instead of ruffiya, at most of the places. Conversation rate is high 4) drinking water is paid everywhere, even in arena hotel, also in buffet 5) before booking any fun activity, ask first - drone camera is included or not? otherwise they'll charge 10$ at the time you're about to start your fun activity moments, and also ask the fun activity timmings apart this my 6 day's trip in arena hotel was awesome

Arena Beach Hotel has very good facilities, clean and upgraded. Our room was very spacious and had beautiful birthday decorations 😍. The balcony view from our room was spectacular. They need to spray pesticide, though at the eating area, we were bothered by flies, and it was unpleasant. I was bothered when we were told we needed to pay for water when we finished our 2 small bottles. The stuff was really helpful in any matters we had. Overall good stay.

Loved the place and location. Food they serve is also of good quality. Beach view rooms are just awesome
