Kaani palm beach hotel - clean and good hotel

We got an upgrade to kaani palm beach Kaani Beach Hotel and never got to see what kaani beach Kaani Beach Hotel was like as there was construction work going on there. One of the staff named michael(magic) was quite arrogant and kept saying that they gave us a free upgrade, like it was some favor that we requested. But otherwise, the palm Kaani Beach Hotel was good, nice facilities and very friendly restaurant staff. Our room tv didn't work for 3 days and finally got fixed after repeated follow ups. So we raised this with the manager. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing with good options. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Hotel was beautifully located, rooms were clean, spacious with great views. In breakfast options were plenty and delicious. Foods were sumptuous and tasty with plenty of local restaurant options available. But it didn't had a helpdesk or reception, for which we have to go to their nearby another Kaani Beach Hotel - kaani grand Kaani Beach Hotel. For breakfast also we have to go there. Other wise it was a budget friendly and good option.

I had a lovely time staying at kaani beach Kaani Beach Hotel, the staff were very helpful and ensured i have everything i needed. Starting with the main reception, they provided a full brief of the services they provide. Mr. Shamim was in charge of my stay and he made sure my room was clean and all was provided as per my request. I would recommend everyone to book their stay with kaani beach Kaani Beach Hotel as per my experience.
Few thing which suppose to provide in hotel which was missing like- no dental kit, no room sleeper, etc

Hotel stay and Dinner was excellent !!! Location of Kaani Beach Hotel is unbelievable … right on the sea. Opt for sea view rooms… stunning sea views from rooms !!!

The staff were very helpful. Especially tiger who was assisting us and the location is very good. There was a small concert at the night which me and my family enjoywd, the breakfast is very good
