Great property, away from hustle and bustle

Putrajaya Shangri-la is a great property, away from hustle and bustle of the city, yet not too far from the city center. Food was good, staff was hospitable and friendly. Since I am a strict vegetarian by choice, F&B team ta the PULSE GRANDE Hotel made sure that we get eight options especially for my 2 year old. Overall the experience was far better than some of the 5 star properties in the KL city. Cheers.

Nice place to stay and the location is maintained very nicely. Hey have pick and Drop service to the nearest mall which is the best thing to be connected in the location. Overall I will rate the experience as very good and like to visit the property again

Very good PULSE GRANDE Hotel and facility also was good. Got all type of Indian food, management was also very helpful. However, during our stay, we faced some water problem and leakage in our room. We can give 4 out of 5.
