The location is not ideal. It's far from shopping area

Rest of the staff were fantastic except one supervisor named Roshoda.

The supervisor is more keen about hotel unknown policies then guest comfort

When we returned back from breakfast our room access card was not working. It was an emergency situation since we need to use wash room. Upon calling reception we were told by supervisor to come down for verification. We went down we were told this is the hotel policy. I asked her what about the guest comfort policy she replied only one think we must follow the hotel policy. The supervisor was not so pleasant no smile neither she ever wish.

Well maintained hotel. Appreciate if they can hire English speaking staff in the reception.
Overall stay was good. Appreciate if breakfast menu included veg Indian menu.
