Terrible Stay

i would never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. as we were staying, suddenly power got cut and we had to wait for practically 2:30 hours and when i shouted at them then the reception lady came and offered us to change the room. we saw the room which they were offering and it was smaller and unclean as well. we declined to change the room and then after half an hour or so, our electricity was restored. and we had to wait for 3 more hours to get the housekeeping done.
