I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and surrounded by some of the city’s best dining and shopping options. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a true luxury property. The service stands out the most—staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes, perfect to start the day. The pool and gym facilities are also top-notch, providing a great balance of relaxation and fitness. Whether for business or leisure, JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Excellent buffet breakfast spread . Asian n continental & Indian Open early morning till 1030 am. Fresh n hot food .fresh fruits Huge spread to choose from . Malaysian tea very tasty n well made by chef . Location excellent in the hub for shopping n night life .weekends full of traffic . If u want to be in the heart of action Use back starlight entry for ur grab n cabs booking to avoid front lobby Pavillion mall traffic Refilled the water n room n bathroom accessories twice a day on their own Even has a coffee machine to brew ur own for coffee lovers Friendly atmosphere 6 lifts fast to all floors

the place is in the centre of the city..opposite Pavillion mall ..close to metro .. hotel is spacious with good interiors .. nice swimming pool.. superb breakfast spread .. staff are very friendly and helpful..loved the stay

The location is excellent , rooms are very nice, excellent breakfast. the support staff were mostly unavailable to help. Not like 5 star professionalism.

not for indians very bad experience in breakfast and in checkin there is a long queues and outside the hotel alot of traffic jam. not for indians especially and the location is good only
