They need money for everything... flight ticket printout 3 ringgit per page, they charge thrice the amount Grab shows for airport drop.

They don't even give you water in room service. If you need extra water, you have to go and fill it yourself.

Property is centrally located and especially the location is very good for business travellers. Breakfast average. Friendly staffs, rooms are very neat with ironing board, room slippers etc,

Excellent hotel and very good staff. Specially devi, suguna and suchitra at the reception. House cleaning ppl also very good. Enjoy my every stay here since 2010.

I stayed almost 6 nights and 7 days, out of 7 days I was unable to take a bath with Hot water because they were doing their maintenance and still going on 😪

Premier as the name suggests is of premium quality. India restaurants near by makes us more happier. Reg to breakfast better to add few indian menu. Also marking veg dishes in green would help the customer they know his food.

Miss sumunda was quite helpful during checkin process she allotted a room too for early check in. It was hassle free

Even the kitchen timing was over - still the lady at reception managed to get a good dinner for me. Whereas my dinner was only about fruits. But she asked me incase if I need anything at that moment - she would inform staff to get it prepared ! That was an overwhelming gesture. I don’t remember the name of the lady. But she was Chinese lady maybe and her way of treating guest was just excellent.
