Indeed one of nice hotel in Kyoto city

As expected the ANA Crowne Plaza Kyoto by IHG is luxurious and located at amazing location. Breakfast had everything that you could possibly need, continental and Japanese style but it has comparatively less vegetarian options. The ANA Crowne Plaza Kyoto by IHG service is rather not up to the mark, after a day long travelling we were tired and we thought to order a coffee unfortunately neither got a table at any restaurants or room service, that was quite unprofessional. Overall stay was very pleasant.

Nice and comfortable stay and close proximity to castle and subway. Shuttle to kyoto stations is easy but hourly frequency required proper planing to reach/leave ANA Crowne Plaza Kyoto by IHG.

Hotel was very nice but a little old. Full marks to the ANA Crowne Plaza Kyoto by IHG staff as they provided great service and hospitality. Rooms are big as compared to japan standards. Location was amazing too.
