It’s a very new Hilton Garden Inn Kyoto Shijo Karasuma and they always have a English speaking staff manning the front desk. The breakfast spread is ok but you will not be disappointed. It is centrally located in downtown Kyoto and very close to Kyoto station where all the travel can happen

The location, staff, services and the Hilton Garden Inn Kyoto Shijo Karasuma are amazing. Nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet spread is superb, and really appreciate the coin laundry in the basement. Highly recommend this place.
