RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto

It is a good hotel in centre of city and adjacent to station. Breakfast was very good. Room Clean lines and bathroom essentials were good. I will stay here again if occasion arrives

Stay here was ok, Checkin was not allowed before time. Location was great as it’s close to Kyoto station so transport and food was great. Breakfast spread was good only live counter was omelet ( basic) . They give coupons for breakfast. Negatives - No drinking water in room. They give u a bottle to fill from a water counter in the floor. Rooms were old style on 8th floor it’s called Kyoto style . It’s big room but very old it does need renovation. One more great point it’s got Airport Shuttle every 20 min to and fro to Kyoto station.

It was a really good stay. Very warm staff and decent breakfast spread, even for vegetarians. They upgraded our room as it was our honeymoon. Their shuttle bus is very accommodating. Overall, amazing stay.

Not only is the hotel very conveniently located , its shuttle service is a boon for guests. The staff is very guest friendly and the hotel restaurants offer good choices to the guests.

Very nice hotel, clean good rooms, walking distance to many places, free shuttle to train station, and a reasonable breakfast buffet (we are not vegetarian). Well organized and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Kyoto is simply beautiful!

Though the hotel was big and spacious the rooms were unexpectedly small. Breakfast spread kept on repeating and there were scanty vegetarian options. Plus the food was below average taste wise. The restaurant staff doesn’t bother to greet you with a smile and at times rude.

Nice hotel and nice staff and convenient location. All connections are very easy. I will recommend for anyone who would like to visit kyoto.

Although size of the rooms is an issue across most hotels, rihga royal rooms are well appointed. It has all the comforts that an international traveller typically looks for. The level of service is flawless. They also have a good breakfast buffet.

Walking distance from kyoto station. Very good location. Good service support. Good breakfast choices.

Conveniently located fabulous transfer staff

Rhiga Royal Hotel in Kyoto is 15 minutes walk from railway Station but they have free shuttle every 20 minutes. The ambience is extraordinary and rooms are clean, spacious with every amenity you can think of is available. The breakfast menu with live kitchen is to the choice of everyone. Kyoto tower, aquarium, garden, shopping malls, all are maximum 10-15 minutes walking. Overall a very very satisfying stay, walking distance from many attractions
