There was no room service or proper toiletries. No proper staff to help for a solution. Only one person running the entire hotel. Don't have pictures.

I would rate this hotel as good, it had excellent location. Room size was decent. Facilities and breakfast were minimum

I had a comfortable stay. The hotel is located just behind the st. Mark’s square. In walkable distance to famous tourist spots. The hotel staff was helpful, breakfast was decent.

Stay was good but was caught up in the floods. Could do very little as a lot of places were closed

Beautiful rooms, Big toilets, hot water all the time, good continental menu, clean. Good service, well behaved receptionist. Very helpful staff. Overall excellent better than five star hotel.

This hotel is located just within five minutes walking distance from the San marco water bus stand, room is compact but clean.

Excellent location and good hotel to stay for easy access to nearby sights. However would appreciate if hotel staff and facility would have been more helpful. No kettle and water provided, so had to face inconvenience during the day whenever we needed water or tea/coffee in our room.
