Excellent hotel but booked a family suite first time in my life a suite with no view! forget the sea or channel just a view of a wall from both the rooms. Excellent restaurants slow room service otherwise a dream stay

This was an excellent hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Manager was very helpful and upgraded our room. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and that was a king gesture from her. We will be back.

The location is a bit far but absolutely worth every money spent. Hilton property in its true sense. The staff is extremely helpful. The ambience is great and the roof top bar is amazing during sunset.

Amazing service and polite and helpful staff at this hotel! The location is a bit tricky because of the water shuttle required to get to St. Marco but the hotel charges some amount per person for unlimited usage during your stay! Good breakfast and variety. We got an upgrade, so we're delighted with the rooms!

Very inconvenient to reach from Grand canal plus hotel is not very nicely cleaned. Had hair strands in towel and Bath tub. No apologies from staff.

Venice was a spectacular stay and this was made possible by Hilton. The location of the hotel added to the beauty of our stay. Extremely beautiful and convenient location. We had some our best pictures just outside the hotel. Mesmerizing surroundings. Room was spicy and span as goes with a Hilton property. Staff were helpful and courteous. The value for money was great. I feel for any stay in a beautiful location the hotel or apartment also matters and add to your overall comfort and convenience to make for a memorable stay. I will strongly recommend Hilton Venice for my fellow travellers. You can blindly go for it and I am not exaggerating.

Location is very good. Only reaching there is bit difficult. It takes 10 minutes walk from public transport stop. On roof swimming pool is very good. One can see entire Venice City from it.

Great service, we were well treated and response by the staff to our request were promptly attended. The breakfast offered was outstanding! Location is unique. Provide shuttle transport between Island and city centre.

Good location with a great view and well connected by the Hilton boats to the main tourist attractions. Rooms are big and well maintained. Breakfast is good and the poolside is awesome. Service is average and the place resembles a fish market.

The hotel is located not exactly on main area of attraction but a 15 min shuttle which is provided free of cost. The hotel has lot of good facility and the rooms too are good. They have a nice breakfast spread. Overall had a good time at the hotel.
