Location is very close to airport. They provide a shuttle service to airport but charge 8 euro per pax that is exorbitant. Water is only provided on first night, one has to purchase for rest of stay. House keeping standards are poor. I had to call them to refill tea, coffee sachets. Only two hangers provided. One extra bed in room eating up space. Instead they could have put a sofa. No wardrobe. Breakfast spread is good. Nice lobby

Near to the airport and rail station. Well connected. Staff is helpful. Restaurant is decent. They have nice pizzeria in locality.

The Hotel is good and facilities are great. It is in Orlando, near to Airport but far from Venice central/San marco.

It was an amazing experience. Great hospitality and delicious breakfast.

The staff both at the reception and in the restaurant and very courteous and helpful and they also offer shuttles to the airport which is a big plus.
Only one plug point and that too placed far away from the bed. Also, they don't turn on the air-conditioner in the room unless you specifically call the reception and tell them to.

The hotel is a very good option for travelers in transit between airport and departing on cruises from Venice ... Extremely courteous staff and very good service ... Hotel offers coach transfers to airport and the port .. Making it very convenient. Highly recommended

Very good hotel with excellent service and helpful staff. The location is very suitable for visit to Venice sight seeing locations, airport and the cruise terminal. The hotel also provides pick up from airport and cruise terminals at nominal service charge

Was there for short stay but could find that hotel is closely locatef near airport. Room was good. Gor box breakfast as we were not available during breakfast timing. Very courteous and cooperative staff.

Stayed there during our trip to Venice. Clean hotel situated about half an hour from Venice. Good, spacious and clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Hotel had good service. Nice and peaceful location with bus connection, every 15 minutes from city. In Venice it's actually better to stay little away from main Island and this is where the hotel fairs well. Food could have been better.
