Terrible Stay

The room that we got was super cold and smelly like it has not been open for long time. We ask for ac remote to maintain the temperature but even after calling then almost 5 time, the help and support did not arrive. Finally after 1 day stay, one support came but said he can't give the remote as it is connect with all the ac on the floor. And due to this reason, we can not regulate the room temperature. Further, they were asking city tax on perday basis for 5 euro per person. But if one person coming they are keeping track who is entering and staying in the property. I paid for 2 days 10 euro, however, another colleague came in the same room, and they didn't even notice and she was escaped from paying city tax. So i believe, they must include city tax in the rent itself to avoid discrepancies. Further, i suppose to leave a day before (due to early flight time, and ask for refunding the city tax for one day, they didn't do it. I really had a bad experience with this hotel. [lus it doe-not deserve to be in 3 star.

The room was just okay and it has the smell like it was not opened or unused for years. Also, the staff was not very supportive in terms for quick response for repair of ac. All the hotels asks for city tax in cash which is not justifiable to me yet.
