It does what it says on the ti....
We only had a two day stay to watch Roma v Liverpool but we had no complaints.
The Reception team where very pleasant especially the lady and whilst the doors of the hotel where locked one evening the night porter arrived within minutes.
We had room 206, which had a view overlooking the rear of the hotel and some private flats/apartments. The room was adequate for our needs with twin beds, tv and smallish bathroom with shower cubicle and no bath - why bother with a bidet, which just takes up space??
Breakfast was pretty basic, ham , cheese, fruit, pastries etc with coffee and tea available and served until 10am.
The location is great in respect of the closeness to the central station, metro, airport buses etc but the whole area is not the best with lots of graphetie on the walls and various nationalities trying to sell you all sorts of cheap tat. However, there are lots of hotels and restaurants in this area so there must be demand...........
We would stay here again but it's probably more suited for a Dad & Lad trip watching the football than a family trip to Rome, where having walked about there are more fancy hotels available but no doubt at an appropriate cost.
With lots of football fans seeking accommodation the prices were inflated and we paid €235 for two nights on a bed & breakfast basis

A Nice, Clean Little Room
For the price I paid (€200 for 3 nights)you can’t get better! Really tasty breakfast (included), super friendly people at the front desk, fresh towels, shower gel and soap that actually smells nice, a working air conditioner, and a super convenient location!

Across the Roma Termini, basic....
Ok so again , I tried the hostel thing and no, not my thing. Just too grown up for it.
So last minute I booked a room - single room / single bed- peace and quiet was needed and it was perfect. This was my 5th day in Italy and I was exhausted.
Room is small with a single bed. Very basic amenities in the bedroom and toilet. Don’t expect some fancy Hilton stuff with bathrobe and stuff. It’s safe and secure inside and out on the streets. Its less than a block away from the Termini! So don’t have to lug that luggage too long! And 2 blocks away from the Basilica papal de Santa Maria Maggiore which is a must!! Since it’s so central it makes it worth it! Break fast in included , albeit a bit limited in options but you get coffee, fresh juice and a croissant and that’s all you need sometimes after walking a lot the previous day! The staff were friendly and helpful and the check in And out was quick and hassle free.
Also while you’re at it, try out the food at Elletra right down the street.

City Break Hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights and can't complain for how cheap it was!
Rooms were very very clean. Clean towels and maids clean daily. The rooms are a little dated and the beds aren't too comfy but after 2 solid days of walking around the whole of Rome with blistered feet and aching legs it was amazing.
For people who suffer with bad backs and prefer complete comfort and luxury I would not suggest staying here.
For travellers, who are staying for a few nights then, I would definitely recommend staying here. It's super clean, safe, very close to the station (and most of the main attractions), staff are extremely helpful and friendly and all speak great English.
If I ever get the chance to return I would stay here again.
Great stay for 3 nights - cheap, safe, clean.

Close to Colosseum, Friendly s....
We had a 20 hour stopover in Rome waiting for our next flight and we booked into this hotel We wanted to be not to far away from the bus terminals and still close to the Colosseum as we planned a visit to Colosseum for this time. We were walk in customers to this hotel after trying some other hotels in the area in terms of wifi connection and English speaking personnel, tidiness etc. We booked in at night after 21h00 and were very happy from the start that the gentleman at reception who were friendly and helpful and also communicated well in English. For both me and my wife being able to communicate easily with hotel personnel are very important.
We found hotel like all the other hotels we looked at in Rome to be in an old historic building with old furniture and very different from the modern day hotels found in Europe and other places. however, the hotel was clean with fresh bedding and tidy and that is what mattered most to us. If we were going to stay in Rome for more than 1 night, we might have looked for a better place, but for 1 night it was certainly good enough. We were charged 58 Euro for the night which included breakfast. Reception had only water to offer for sale during the night and it came at a cost of 2 Euro. Wifif was included, but not very fast, it still was useful though.
The breakfast was really nothing to complain about and we were happy and I took 2 Cappuccino's as well with no further cost. Booking out has to happen before 11h00 and we knew we will not make it seeing that we wanted to walk to the Colosseum and back, but reception offered to store our luggage for us until we come back. Both the gentleman and the lady in the morning were very friendly and overall we had a really good stay there. If you are planning a short stay you can certainly try this hotel, but for a more extended stay I would say try and find something better.
