Rivoli Boutique Hotel

After getting down from the Train, we walked to the Rivoli Boutique Hotel. Easily accessible and just 5 min walk from Florence main train station. There was a warm welcome in the reception and the check in was pretty quick. The room was quote good and clean. The bathroom was also clean with good amenities. The receptionist heard us patiently and guided us on the city and the major attractions. He was precise and helpful and answered all our queries. The breakfast staff was also courteous and the spread was also good. They also have a Jacuzzi, Garden Bar and a lounge to relax and chat. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we highly recommend the Hotel.

Very courteous and efficient staff. Hotel interior has a royal palace kind of decor however the rooms in contrast have a very modern touch. Very clean rooms and decent amenities including tea maker and trouser hot press or whatever they call it in Italy. Temp control was defaulted to off. Rooms were warm and had to open windows when cooling was required which got quick results as it was always less than 10 deg Celsius outside. Restaurant had limited but good menu and delicious food. All in all a good stay.

Location is perfect for travel by train and takes less than 5 minutes by walk. Hotel is superb and very good value for money. Breakfast is good. Overall strongly recommend this Hotel.

Had a great time at this Rivoli Boutique Hotel. Walking distance from the station and all of the main sights, had a beautiful garden view room which was newly renovated. Great breakfast every morning and impeccable service.

Absolute value for money. Near to Station, City center, restaurants, large rooms, good breakfast.

Great place to stay, enjoyed a lot and staff was also helpful

The room was amazing and was one of its kind with a balcony with the street view. Dinner was very good. Only the heating system did not work on the second day. Carpets on the reception area could be better as it lets down. Overall the stay way memorable.
