horrible experience. place to stay. no wifi, air conditioning and breakfast even after all these were included in booking. staff opened room in our absence and took away fan without our consent to enter room

Near to almost all places to visit in Florence. But rooms are very old and ac does not work properly in summer. Shower is very small. Even a single water bottle is not provided for free.
