Hotel Fiorita

Pros: Went for a 2 star stay, after seeing the 4+ customer rating in Tripadvisor. What was in store at Fiorita was an amazing hospitality that challenges a 3/4star Hotel service. We were given a huge room (free executive upgrade) with wonderful internal ambience (akin to a mini royal palace suit). Although we arrived at the Hotel Fiorita by 9pm, we were welcomed by the receptionist with a coffee and a city map. I was not shaken by an ancient lift that takes you to third floor, rather I enjoyed this experience which I had seen only in Bond movies. The breakfast was very good, special mention to the machine made pancake. The reception was doing a great service, and helping in all ways they can to make the stay memorable. Housekeeping was done on time, with neatness. Room heater was adequate. WiFi was real speed. Bathroom was spacious and suits European and Asian cleaning culture. And the most important of all, this place is just within 100meters of the Santa Maria Novella train station (train connections to all Italy, FCO airport etc). The SMN is the starting point of city sightseeing hop off/hop in Tours. There are many affordable restaurants within the 400meters, which suits all nationalities. So overall the Florita Florence scores full marks in every aspects of customer rating. Cons: Nil Advice: Don’t waste your money going for 3/4star in Florence if you can compromise on pools/bars and other luxuries. This place will never let your expectation down and become one of the happy guests of Fiorita & Florence.

Well maintained room, very good location. Almost all tourist locations in florence (firenze) can be reachable by walking 20-30 min from the Hotel Fiorita. However, the prices are too high to the size and aspects of the room.

Hotel florita was in a prime location. Just walking distance from main metro station. It was clean, spacious, had a cod y feel to it. Amenities were sufficient. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Room is good but bathroom are very congested.
