This property is loved for its amazing central location, making all the major attractions like Duomo, Uffizi, and Ponte Vecchio easily walkable. Hotel was untidy
Location good. Rooms are not maintained properly. Few staff particularly reservation manager was unruly.

We have been lucky to get our room before our check in time. Places of interest are in proximity, breakfast served was really Nice. Taxi on call was available. We forgot to carry out travel charger and the hotel helped us by lending it so that we can charge all our electronics. Overall it's a very Nice experience.

Stinky, clumsy overall not satisfactory. No electric kettle in the room, very limited breakfast options, location is the only good part, very very slow Wi-Fi and a stinky smell is there in corridor so for me no albergo firenze next time and not recommended also.

I called them to make my room early they make me wait as room was available. No serive for room at all. Less staff. Bathroom drainage was bad. Apart from good location in centre of heart of Florence does not have anything. If just going to stay in night to hotel then fine else. Please do not consider to stay here.
