Everything about the property from room to staff to facilities was simply amazing. The shower looked like a real waterfall. The overall concept of the property is very good.

Ambience is 10/10, Staff is very polite, Food is Very Good. Best hotel, my whole family enjoyed the stay.

the rating is for the hotel while my experience was near pathetic! i was given a garden view room while i booked for a private poll room. i argued for hours and it got sorted. i was informed expedia was third party and they were closed on sunda

The resort is charging even for disposable plates and glasses and after charging such amount they are offering only 1 ltr water per day. we checked out of hotel in just 5 hours

So far all services is good . The food and breakfast nice 🫶🏻 And staff friendly and helpful We stay here 4D3N and actually it’s not enough for us but we need going to Nusa Penida actually Fast for check in and check out too .. very recommended for stay in here 🥰❤️

santi manadal villa and spa is an awesome property,away from city hustle bustle, in the lap of nature. inside there is a natural waterfall. you can enjoy the spa there,baliness massage is highly recommended once you are there. we got a room with mountain view। room service was very good. food was tasty. they don't have kid's play area, i would request the management to think about it. other than that staying at shanti mandala villa and spa was an awesome experience.

The location is off best and far away from the major attractions in ubud. There are multiple much better resorts at this price in ubud the service is pathetic. We got harmony spa which was for 2. 5 hrs and they provided service for only 1. 25 hrs. Since it was a prepaid order we didn't get any refund of any sort. It is a rip off and they are a fraud. Also when u asked them to refill the fruit the next day. They refused saying that it is only once during the day. Normally this is done daily with every other resort i stayed in bali. The room cleaning was also not done properly so i had to ask them again the next day to do it properly. Overall wasted a lot on energy during this stay with them.

Such a beautiful resort. Rooms are very neat and clean. Pool in the room was also well maintained. We got complimentary fruit basket with room. There is rice paddy field in resort and a waterfall which gives very tranquil vibes. Hotel staffs are very hospitable and kind. We had great stay here. Only con i can think of is in luxury pool room villa bathroom was in open space hence sometimes at night we saw lizard there otherwise bathroom was very well maintained and clean with all amenities.

It is a beautiful place to relax in the nature, river inside the hotel, 2 water falls, spacious villa with private pool, good food and hospitality. Little away from busy market area, you need vehicle to go for shops

Awesome stay at private pool villa. Ultra luxuries but can work on following points- 1. Need fan in washroom area ( air condition outer unit send alot heat) 2. Fan should be in outer area

We had a pleasant stay, has a small waterfall and open wash area in villas! it's a 30 min drive from main ubud market.

It's not in ubud. Slightly far from ubud. While the property seems okay. The problem is food. The food options for vegetarians are rather limited. And food quality is abhorrent. The washrooms are out in the open. But being in a tropical setting, it should be avoided. We'd got a gekko that came into our room and making weird noises. Better go for a hotel in ubud. Though it is pretty close to sukawati art market.

Hotel rooms are excellent nest and clean. Water bottle not provided by the hotel. We have to fill the water placed on the passages of the outside the room.

Stay was good, beautiful resort but needs maintenance and pest control, too many mosquitoes as there is water all around. Breakfast buffet has limited options but was good.

Room and the ambience was great but the food quality and options were not that good. Location of the property was good and serene.

The stay was wonderful, we reached around 11 pm the staff was sweet as they provided us vegetable cheese sandwiches and basket of fruits, all complimentary. The rooms were perfect and i just loved the ambiance. The pool villa was like the best
