Staff courtesy was amazing. The guide that the resort arranged named Wayan was spiritually inclined, knew a lot about the culture, a gem of a person and now a friend for life. At front office, Nara was very helpful. Tranquil village ambiance was offered by the resort. Adjacent Temple was magnificent too.

The place is excellent with amazing staff, the only drawback is the distance from the town side. The staff is over welcoming, they are alway smiling and greeting you which felt good. The restaurant was nice with good food the breakfast was worth every penny

Superb Puri Gangga Resort. Awesome staff. Good facilities. Location is far from Ubud central. Breakfast and Pool was very good. Value for money. Hi tea complimentary was Nice option. Spa in higher rated never tried.
