SEA TERRAS SUITE AND LUXURY

The property location is excellent, just overseeing the mighty Indian Ocean and near to Ocean Blue restaurant. You will have to climb a lot of stairs since the property is located at different levels and there is no lift. limited but yummy breakfast. Pool was clean ànd neat and stay was great

Worst service they just gv you limited breakfast like very limited only 2slice of sandwich and 1glass of juice.as per the price it really not up to mark and when we tried to contact manager he just said I m busy n never call back that is so unprofessional behaviour.

The staff was very friendly and very professional. We had everything we needed and it was a comfortable room. It is a very nice pool and right across the street from the beach. We really enjoyed the buffet every morning. They had a good selection and also made fresh squeezed juice whichever type you wanted.

The location was not that great but the Rooms were nice and cozy. Very big bathrooms and nice pool view

We stayed at Sea Terras Suite and Luxury for 2 nights. We had booked this hotel for our honeymoon. We had a great and luxurious stay here. It's a sea facing hotel with a splendid view.🏖️ We really enjoyed our early morning breakfast in the sea facing balcony. The hosts are really nice and extremely punctual. I just loved the pool here. Well maintained, clean and hygienic and temperature was perfect. Spent a good amount of time in the pool. Nice ambience, fabulous place and the hosts are good. Loved this stay, had a great time here. Thanks to the Sea Terras team. 😍😍

Not tv. No telephone. No service. And 9-30pm after staff is going to home and not serviced is very poor

Stay is good but they need to put attention of their main entrance is too sloppy also they need to maintain the pool area also, over all staffs are very well behaved, the owner of the property mr. Putu very nice helpful person few things they need to take care otherwise all good, nice view from the balcony n room

The location of the hotel is really good. I strongly recommended it if you travel l to nusa penida. Swimming pool was neat and clean. Satff was very kind. They are ready to help you. I will give them *

Very good reception, you get all basic things like water bottles, towels, tissues, shower and dental kits, very clean place. You can also get rental bikes and arrange drivers upon requests. Breakfast is also good.

Its a magnificent property with a serene sea view and calmness. Its in east penida and the road towards the property gives u the best journey experience

Room was near and clean. All facilities were available. Breakfast was so good. Overall view and ambience wonderful hence a nice experience.

It was terrible experience, no help in carrying luggage to 2nd floor, extremely small room, too many ants, flies, mosquitoes, etc. It was not pleasant stay and was not that much clean. The photos they uploaded is not the same as we actually witnessed. Reality was totally different than what we saw in pictures. It was our first time visit to Bali and was totally pissed off by the behaviour of the staff and the stay that we got. On top of these problems they gave us a very cold breakfast in the morning with very less food portion which was not enough for 1 person. They gave cold milk and cold coffee and when we told them to replace they never bothered to come and change it for us and we left the food and drink in the morning and left the hotel starving as we were really unhappy waiting for them to be replaced. We didn’t know earlier that this hotel is away from main market and asked them about scooter rental for which they charged us extremely high taking advantage of our helplessness. This very inhumane and insensitive that they charged us so much for such terrible services. This spoilt our honeymoon trip and we were really uncomfortable and uneasy throughout the stay. They didn’t even provide any service telephone in the room to call them and ask about anything the hotel staff was totally unbothered about customer experience and customer problems on that isolated island.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, nice little cozy pool, view from room is just excellent, nothing to complaint about.

We booked a two wheeler from the property itself. Luckily i had taken the video of the two wheeler. It had a lot of scratches and dents. One night before checking out, the manager tried to put all the existing damage of the two wheeler blame on us to extort money. I showed him the video evidence i had taken earlier with the date stamp. We argued back and he finally understood. Do not book your stay here.

Food, amenities nothing is good. It’s actually worst hotel experience. Should book ocean terrace not sea terrace.

It was a fantastic experience with the sky terrace, we loved the location and the greenery at the location. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Rooms are not big enough. No food arrangements. No parking, very problematic for aged people. We booked two beach facing rooms, but they able to provide only 1 room rest is 3 sides covered. Experience is not good

1st thing there were no ataff members to help us carry our bags till the room. No proper communication. No amenties
