We had a very pleasant stay and the staff were very good. Don't go expecting a La Bali Sanur style place. A bungalow converted into a individual villa style stay. 200 m away from the beach. Nestled in a very calm surrounding lovely for couples. Staff use google translate to communicate but very patient and understanding. Mail at least a week in advance from your travel day to Karl so he can arrange as per your requirements. And if you are a wheelchair user, you do not have to worry about anything. Accessible and understanding staff who will help you as per your needs.
Excellent stay with La Bali. Very hospitable staff. Don't go expecting a La Bali Sanur style stay. It is not. But the privacy you get was wonderful and we loved it. Staff use google translate for communication and very very helpful. Vhaayu was so helpful and took note of our morning breakfast and arranged the same. Told us where to go and which place will be wheelchair accessible. We were 3 wheelchair users and none of us found any issue. Make sure you drop a mail and communicate your needs well in advance to Karl, so he can coordinat to arrange the same. We also got into pool and the staff helped us with getting in and out. A very lovely stay.
