Best Western Resort Kuta

Room were not clean, ac was not working properly, we changed 3 room but all were in same condition.

Good hospitality, pleasant stay, close to the airport, marketplace, shopping etc. They need to add indian food. But it’s good

Good experience.. But the hotel should not assume while assigning the rooms. We had a conflict when we reached there. Hotel has assigned twin sharing bed without any prior confirmation.

For long stay its best one of the best villa in kuta we love ylthe surrounding pool bar spa and all the amenties are super. Services are best in just a single word all your nees will be sorted. Staff is very polite

It was overall a good experience except that there were few problems with the AC in villa room which was solved by shifting us to deluxe room. There are lot of mosquitoes in and around the rooms. The hotel management team were very kind and friendly. We liked the breakfast service and swimming pool.

Everything was perfect. Food was fine. Staff tries to help in whatever manner they can. Being vegetarian, they helped as there were limited options only. They will greet you as many times as you encounter them. Overall experience was good. Though location is bit far from Kuta square.

The hotel was good, but the area around the hotel was not that great. The food was okay, had better traditional food outside the hotel though. The staff was very courteous and always smiling. The facilities in the hotel was very good as well.

Very few vegetarian food options. Far from Kuta beach and taxi is expensive. Overall stay was good, but occasional lizards crept into the rooms. Will not really call it a four star hotel by any standards for sure. Therefore the average hotel rating is 3.5 and does not reflect the average rating that I want to provide.

Staff was very good and location was nice. All major locations were at walking distance. Hotel food is fairly good gives you complete privacy and safe hotel but for vegetarian no food in hotel but one can go to Queen India at walking distance from this hotel. And food is good there.

Hospitality excellent. Hotel staff are exceptional. Swimming pool exotic. Food is also good. Location is little far from Kuta Beach around 20 mins walk. Market, phone recharge shop is nearby. Many warungs are also available in front of it.

Staff very courteous. Air conditioning was poor and taking long time to cool the room. Insects, ants and even lizards in the room. Located in a small lane and away from beach and shopping area. The distance was too long for a walk and too short for taxi. Though meter showed 9000 Rupiah for dropping to discovery mall taxis demanded 50000 Rupiah. It would have been better the hotel operates a shuttle at regular intervals. Breakfast menu not comfortable for vegetarians.

Hotel location was good. Close to Kuta Beach. Hotel lobby is small for a resort. Room was spacious. Staff was courteous. Food was average. Indian preparation was not in menu though number of Indian couples stayed during our stay. Overall our stay was comfortable and we will give 8 points out of 10.
