Bali Sunshine Nusa Dua is a good property overall. The rooms are neat and well-maintained, though they do not have a balcony. One minor inconvenience is the absence of a lift, even though the building is only ground plus one floor. Another drawback is that hot water is charged separately, which can be unexpected for some guests. On the positive side, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating—they even agreed to change our room twice without any hassle. Breakfast was quite decent, and the dosa served during the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly better than what we had during the paid dinner. The property also has an attached Udupi restaurant, which is a nice addition.
