The stay was really good with friendly staff and amazing service. Everyone went above and beyond with a level of personalization I hadn't experienced before.

Last thing you want to do is waste your money by staying here. Here's why you should not book asvara: 1. Rooms: expect stained towels, old furniture, the dustbins top knob was also broken, an old infrastructure with no maintenance literally. No full length mirrors. Extremely uncomfortable bed, my spondylitis is cursing me. 2. Private pool: a dirty pool in bali is a normal thing which gets resolved by the house keeping staff after thorough cleaning but that's not the case here. There cleaning is not clean at all. Dead mosquitoes all over the place. Fungi in the pool bed. Red ants everywhere! 3. Jacuzzi: mine did not work un the first place, got it fixed by the housekeeping after a 10 minute argument. It has a very foul smell coming from the bubble vents and a whole lot of dirt. Seemed like it hasn't been used from ages. 4. Safety: all the door locks were too old to get locked properly. Thus welcoming mosquitoes and forget about the privacy and safety. 5. Staff: i called up for seeking help with the jacuzzi to which i was replied " what do you want ? we're full for today, this is all we got" the luggage staff told me to carry one my bag on my own because he could carry 2 bags at once and was too occupied to come back again. 6. Ventilation : i had a big room and a small ac, a fan on a very high ceiling, it was almost 5 hours of constant heat and got better only at night. 7. Do not get fascinated by the pictures online: i am attaching here the pictures of the couches, pool that i got. Don't fall for the pictures uploaded by the hotel. Hope this helps. Bali has a lot of other good stays in the same amount of money, better properties and amazing people to serve you for a comfortable stay.
