Waste of money

Terrible location was in corner far away from kuta beach nearby walk to beach. No service provided. Cockroaches was there in room. No tea, no coffee and no water. Bathroom was horrible. No soap and shampoo. Ac was not working. We booked 6 days but we stayed only 2 days. Lastly we left. Literally horrible experiences.
